We strictly respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all creators and community members to do the same. Art theft, uncredited copies, and trademark infringement have zero tolerance on our platform.
2. Artist Representations & Warranties
When a designer uploads an artwork to Trantify:
The designer warrants and confirms that they are the original creator and exclusive copyright holder of the submitted artwork, or possess express written authorization from the owner.
The artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
The artwork must not be a direct copy of trademarked logos, brands, sports franchises, movie stills, or uncredited digital art found online.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted artwork, illustration, or trademark has been used or copied on Trantify without your authorization, please submit a written Notice of Infringement to our designated IP agent containing the following details:
1Identification of the Work: A description or link to the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2Infringing URL: The exact product URL on Trantify where the allegedly infringing artwork is displayed.
3Contact Information: Your full legal name, email address, physical address, and telephone number.
4Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5Accuracy & Signature: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, accompanied by your physical or electronic signature.
If a designer believes their content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, they may submit a Counter-Notification containing:
Identification of the material that has been removed and its previous URL.
The designer's name, address, email, and telephone number.
A statement that the designer consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh and will accept service of process from the reporting party.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the designer has a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with our creator terms, Trantify enforces a strict policy of terminating studio accounts of designers who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property.
