By accessing or using Trantify (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Print-on-Demand Model
Trantify operates on a made-to-order, print-on-demand model. Each garment (including Classic Regular T-shirts, Heavyweight Drop Shoulders, Pique Polos, and Hoodies) is custom printed specifically for you following order placement. Because our products are individually printed using Japanese DTF technology, minor nuances in artwork positioning or garment shade may occur within acceptable industry standards.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Currency: All prices displayed on Trantify are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable printing fees.
Payment Methods: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all 64 districts in Bangladesh, as well as digital payments where available.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, our system or support team may verify your delivery information via phone call or SMS before dispatching.
4. Shipping, Inspection & Delivery
Delivery Timeline: Standard deliveries inside Dhaka take approximately 2–3 business days. Deliveries outside Dhaka across all districts generally arrive within 3–5 business days.
Inspect Before You Pay: For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are encouraged to inspect the outer parcel and garment with the delivery rider prior to completing the payment.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Defective or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect design or size compared to what was ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic or unboxing video proof. We will dispatch a free replacement promptly.
Change of Mind: Because each item is custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns solely due to buyer change of mind once production has completed. Please consult our official Size Charts before placing an order.
6. Intellectual Property & Designer Collective
Artist Ownership: Artists who upload artwork retain all copyright ownership. Artists grant Trantify a non-exclusive license to manufacture, display, and sell garments featuring their designs.
Prohibited Content: Users and designers may not upload content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or contains hate speech, defamation, or illegal imagery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trantify shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or purchased apparel.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
